NOTICES:
All appointment cancellations and reschedules must be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations, day of reschedules, or missed appointments will result in a $50 charge to the credit card on file (or forfeiture of the deposit).
UP-TO-DATE RABIES VACCINATION IS REQUIRED. Please ensure your pet’s rabies is up to date prior to arrival for your appointment. Your confirmation text message or email will contain an email address to which proof of rabies may be submitted. Alternatively, proof of rabies may be presented at drop off. If rabies is not up to date, or proof has not been provided, by time of drop off, and we have not discussed other options with you, this will be considered a missed appointment and the charge as previously described will apply.
WE ALLOW A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD FOR LATE ARRIVALS. Please contact us if you will be late to drop off or pick up as we may waive certain penalty fees for extenuating circumstances! Dropping off later than 15 minutes will result in a $15 charge added to your total. Picking up later than 1 hour after you have been informed that you pet is ready for pick up will result in a $25 charge added to your total.
